The funeral service for Keith was held on Saturday, November 25, 2006 10:00 a.m. at Wharton Funeral Home Alva, Oklahoma.
The Memorial Service was held on Friday, December 1, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma State Capitol 4th Floor Rotunda. The speakers at the memorial service included: Senator Andrew Rice, emcee : Rev. Robin Meyers, invocation : Senator Cal Hobson : Kayln Free, INDNS List : Senator Bernest Cain : Joann Bell, ACLU-Oklahoma : Representative Al McAffrey : Linda Gray Murphy :Former Governor David Walters.

The entire memorial service was videotaped, thanks to arrangements by Chris Hildebrand.
